As the only operator in Egypt that's member of TIES (The International Ecotourism Society) - it's natural that UPT have an own area focusing solely on eco trips and safari.

The Western Desert cover two third of Egypt. Six main oases, whereof one was manmade during the ancient Pharaonic period. A desert so huge and partly unknown that it even got a mountain plateau in south-west with numerous valley's. This plateau alone is the size of Switzerland - unknown for most and nearly unexplored...
